Well Day 1 is all done and dusted, thank goodness.
Fitness test went really really well:
1km Time Trial = 5.25
Push Ups = 41 (knees of course)
Ab Strength = L2, 22
Wall Sit = 1:08
Sit & Reach = +2
Decided I should move up to the Advanced Lean & Fit Program and after I completed the Fitness Test went off to One 55 gym at Rooty Hill to finish off the days workout.
Well the Rolling Interval Running Program almost killed me so I had quite a few breaks in between which I am thinking isn't good so I definitely will be decreasing some of those speeds just for now until I have worked up to the moderate program.
Hips were really really sore after it all due to the tight tbl muscles which I'm seeing a physio about. Put a cold pack on both hips and layed down for a while which was a good rest as well. Then got onto my foam roller to really dig in deep to those muscles.
All set for Day 2 so hopefully all will go well.
