Hi everyone!
Not a good day for me as I pulled a muscle in my lower right hand side of my back yesterday due to pulling a barbell up instead of lifting it properly. Oh well that will teach me.
Managed to burn off 300 calories today as I did only half a spin class cause I'm in quite a bit of pain with this sore muscle so I don't want to go and make it any worse.
Hopefully it wont' take too long to repair, using a cold pack when I can on it and that seems to be helping a lot.
