Day 4 & Day 5

Hi everyone,

Feeling a little bummed as I've been out of action for 2 days as I've sprained my lower right hand side of my back.  

I was trying to drag a barbell up while sitting on a bench, stupid me.  I should have got up and lifted it properly, oh well that will teach me.

As I'm physically active during the day anyway I've managed to lose an extra 300g already so really happy with that.  

I'm planning on doing the Nepean River Walk tomorrow morning, even if I have to take my pain killers again.  I need to exercise.  I can't be out of action for too long.  I will be going to the physio on Monday afternoon about it so hopefully Justin can help me with it.
